I specialise in guiding companies through complex change moments at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Transformation.
Helping leadership teams, often Board level to future proof and unlock new efficiencies, value and cost savings through rethinking traditional approaches across people, technology and processes.

About me
I spent my traditional career in People teams, most notably as Dyson’s Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Strategy Advisor to the BBC.
Throughout my time in TA and Executive Search I led a variety of ambitious workforce transformation programmes. From multi-year strategic workforce plans in Asia and global operating model transformations to inventive return-to-office programmes and tech implementation programmes such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Beamery, HireVue & many more.
I’ve delivered 10,000+ hires across 75+ countries at times delivering +400% headcount growth YoY through a variety of resourcing models (in-house, embedded, outsourced, full & project RPOs, open talent marketplaces) in high & lower cost geographies.
Having co-founded my own VC-backed startup, I’m also plugged into the UK’s HR Tech Startup & Investor ecosystem and enjoy cross-pollinating bleeding edge HR tech vendors with Enterprise HR teams to looking to get ahead.
I’ve also operated agency side in the UK & Australia specialising in leadership hiring and have lived and worked in Singapore.
